We have been hearing about pollution for several years. A somewhat new type of contamination is light pollution. Plenty of Naples homes are having "dark sky" lamps put in, created to lessen the level of light pollution. The amount of light shed into the night's sky is lowered as these kinds of dark sky lamps shoot much of their radiance downward.
