There was a surge in new home sales last May, based on information from the U.S. Commerce Department. This is wonderful news for Naples real estate . New, single family home sales soared by 4.6 percent, cited real estate analysts.

This rise amazed economists who were predicting the market would dwindle, thanks to soaring mortgage rates. Only a moderate slowdown is projected despite the fact that the mortgage rates are expected to keep rising over the next few months. Now may be the perfect time to buy a great Naples home .
