Don't distress, you haven't missed out on the chance to buy a wonderful Naples vacation home . Although the market may not be what it was, there are benefits to owning a vacation home. Buying as an investment is not always a good idea. Second home sales have started to drop in price. Personal ownership is a smart purchasing goal. A collapsing bubble leads to a lower price for the home you want.

To get a feel for the area, spend a few weeks in the prospective community. Avoid settling on the best deal, instead, shop around for one you love. Purchasing a piece of Naples real estate as a second home might be the smartest decision you ever made, if you do your research.
