There are a few things that could have an affect the sale of your Naples home . It should never come down to fleas, termites, or bugs. Before you even put your home on the market, hire an exterminator. Also, you should not let a potential buyer into your house until all traces of bugs are gone.

If you own pets, take preventative steps to make sure fleas will not be problematic. Use a fogger and give your pet's flea medication to kill remaining fleas. Keep Fido outdoors until after your home is sold. You can save time and money down the road by taking care of these steps now.
