Does your Naples home need an additional bedroom? Sleeping quarters, put in outdoors, might be a good option. Homeowners are investing more money on outdoor "rooms," from kitchens to day beds to side tables To make sure water and mildew keep out of your bed, these rooms are set up with aluminum platforms, mosquito nets, nylon, and woven PVC.

These beds come ready-made and vary from extragagant models by Armani/Casa's Oceano, to the more economical versions, available at Home Depot or Lowe's. A canopied daybed in the backyard will certainly be a wonderful place to kick back and take a nap, even though several climates don't permit sleeping outside.

There are a couple of things that may affect the sale of your Naples home . Fleas, termites, and bugs should not be the deal breaker. Before you even put your home on the market, bring in an exterminator. Make sure all traces of pests are gone before a possible buyer even comes into your house.

If you own animals, make sure fleas won't be problematic by taking preventative steps. Give your pet's flea medication and use a fogger to kill any remaining fleas. If possible, keep Fido outside until your home is sold. Completing these steps now is going to save time and money down the road.
