There was a surge in new home sales last May, based on data from the United States Commerce Department. This is fantastic news for Naples real estate . New, single family home sales rose by 4.6 percent, said real estate analysts.

This increase surprised economists who were predicting the market would dwindle, because of escalating mortgage rates. Only a moderate slowdown is projected even though the mortgage rates are expected to keep rising over the next few months. Now might be the perfect time to buy a great Naples home .
