Despite a slight drop in conventional Naples apartment rentals, student housing remains steady. According to a recent report, the average growth rate for every form of student housing has raised by 7 percent. Units with +3 bedrooms have undergone the greatest increase, from 9 percent to 13 percent.

A lease remains by the unit, not the bed, and the better part of leases go the normal 12-months. This information proves beneficial for Naples homeowners leasing to students.
