Based on information from the United States Commerce Department, there was a boom in new home sales last Month. For Naples real estate , this is great news. According to real estate analysts, new, single family home sales soared by 4.6 percent.

Even though mortgage rates were climbing, economists anticipated the market would slow down. These mortgage rates are predicted to keep rising over the next few months, but only a small slowdown is expected. There hasn't been a better time to buy a great Naples home .

A new initiative has been revealed to help teachers purchase piece of Naples real estate . With an average yearly salary of $31,794 for first-year teachers, the actuality of buying a home is a long way off.

Lending and title companies have joined together to provide mortgage options for teachers. There are unique options that exist for folks in the education field that companies hope to make teachers aware of. All around the country, teaching is one of the most underpaid professions. Teacher could purchase a home nearby their school, with their current salary, thanks to such programs.
