Nearly 25 percent to 40 percent of condo conversions have gone back to rentals, nationwide. This could impact Naples real estate . Homeowners are encouraging tenants to come back after being unable to sell these converted condos. At this time, rental rates have increased by 12-15 percent, but that price is likely to balance out as additional conversions take place. Keep an eye out for changes in Naples.
